Building Trust with the ADOA
Corbins Electric’s core values are more than posters on our walls … they direct our decisions. We have daily opportunities to build TRUST, especially in how we fulfill our commitments to our customers. Building trust by fulfilling our commitments allows us to create long-lasting relationships with our customers, as evident with our three year relationships with the State of Arizona. The ADOA in Tucson experienced a power failure with an 800 amp failed. Instead of leaving them without power, we arranged for a temporary generator to get the building up and running. Once the new equipment arrived, Jake Hill, strategic account project manager, lived true to fulfilling our commitments to our customers, partners, and each other through close coordination with the ADOA to install the new switch and return them to business as usual. Jake was there every step of the way and was in constant communication with the client. But don’t take our word for it … see what Ken Bostick, FMP, Maintenance Manager, said about working with us.
