We invest in our team and strive to make them career-long employees by enrolling, those who are eligible, in an apprenticeship fully paid for by Corbins Electric. Many of our employees start out as entry-level electricians and have the opportunity to develop into foremen, superintendents, estimators, virtual construction specialists, project managers, and operational management – the opportunities are endless for career development. Our Executive Leadership Team currently has three individuals who started here as field electricians.
Not only do we work hard, but we play hard as well. Getting to know our co-workers on a personal level helps create long-lasting relationships and strengthens our work family bonds. We do this by holding regular employee activities including BBQs, chili making contests, holiday parties, and family picnics, to name a few.
