Implementing Apps for Our Field Leadership
Together with our strategic partner Catavolt, Corbins Electric successfully implemented another app specifically developed for our field leadership. This app greatly reduces the amount of paperwork not only in the field, but also for the departments that support the field (i,e,. Purchasing, Payroll, etc.). Foremen are required to submit their crew’s time every day, speeding up the payroll process and ensuring accurate hours are paid to the correct employees on the correct projects. Superintendents can review project information in real-time and approve time while on-the-go. Our built-in data validation and error checking ensures that we are gathering all of the correct information. All of this results in efficiencies across company functions, decreasing the amount of re-work and increasing efficiency.
