Meet Kenya Ruiz
Help us welcome Kenya Ruiz, our newest HR Administrator, to the Corbins Electric family! As HR Administrator, Kenya is responsible for assisting employees with their benefit enrollments and questions along with providing departmental administrative support. Coming to us with five years of human resources experience and ten years of experience within the construction industry, she has previously held the roles of Project Administrator, Payroll Administrator, and Human Resources Specialist. Kenya is excited to leverage her expertise in benefits administration and employee relations to help improve our processes while working with employees to ensure they are able to enroll in suitable plans for their families and themselves. Her favorite thing about being a Corbins employee is our culture of empowerment and company-wide commitment to promoting DEVELOPMENT. “I like the idea of increasing skill and discipline as an individual as well as a team. Being challenged stimulates personal growth while allowing you to feel as though you’re making a difference with the company.” When not at work, Kenya enjoys spending time with her 15 year-old daughter and hanging out with her friends.
