Scope of Work
- Complete demolition of an existing public golf course and city park to build new spring training complex
- Clubhouse, stadium, multiple ball fields, 15,000 seats including up to 4,000 grass seating, suites, and party decks
- New player development complex includes seven full-size practice fields, one infield-only natural turn practice field, batting cages, sprint lanes, and a 65,000 SF clubhouse housing both Major and Minor Leagues
Achievements
- champion INNOVATION | BIM and Robotic Total Station to locate and verify trench and site light locations: having accurate information allowed efficient modeling, reducing re-work
- champion INNOVATION | use of fabrication decreased project footprint, as well as delivered electrical equipment and assemblies leveraging just-in-time delivery
